DANCEmandala: Dance Movement Meditation

DANCEmandala is a movement and stillness meditation practice that incorporates your intuitive movement, layers of gently guided meditation by a trained facilitator, and carefully selected music. You will experience an inner journey of self-expression, release, and awareness. All are welcome, no dance experience is necessary! You will be able to move as much or as little as your body desires in this meditative practice. Registration appreciated, but not required.
