I describe my approach to therapy as being like a ""co-pilot."" I am not going to tell you what to do or what your destination is. I will be there to help offer feedback, brainstorm, and problem solve the route that you want to take to your goals. I have several years' experience working with individuals, couples, and families, with a trauma informed lens.

I accept private pay and insurance through Headway. I am in network for Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, United, and Oscar Health. I do not take Medicaid or Medicare at this time.

Assisted stretch sessions help with stubborn tightness of particular muscle groups and fascia, posture and muscle soreness, as well as recovery and sleep.

Sciatica, shoulder tightness and hamstrings will love you after the session.

You will experience a deeper level of a stretch which may not be able to reach on your own, in post workout stretch or yoga, leaving you feeling freer and more relaxed within your body and mind. "
