She is a passionate entrepreneur and wellness advocate who is committed to uplifting and strengthening our local community.

Karen's passion for wellness and community led her to discover her calling as the founder of Frequency Wellness Space.

In seeking her own path to wellness Karen wanted to contribute to the work, but didn’t quite know how she fit in, until she realized she could use her skills in operations and technology to support other wellness practitioners.

Karen’s vision became clear; empower wellness professionals to do what they do best, and create a space that everyone seeking wellness can thrive in and call home. in an environment built especially for them.

I've had the privilege of witnessing this evolution and growth in our own wellness community. I've seen seeds of change sprout and grow into something so beautiful, and it's been awe-inspiring to say the least.  
That’s why Frequency Wellness Space isn’t just a business.  It’s about crafting a heartfelt response to all the beautiful things I’ve seen. It is my way of giving back, of amplifying the voices of those who have inspired me, and my method of contributing to the wellbeing of everyone who seeks it.
For all the healing hands, the wisdom sharers, the wellness advocates, and those who are walking this journey with an open heart, this is for you. This is my hand extended, my heart opened, and my invitation to allow me to serve, elevate, and co-create with you.
