Simply check our calendar for availability, purchase a package or hours, and make your reservation. And as a member, you can enjoy effortless access to our building through our keyless entry system.
Choose the Space You want to Use:
At Frequency, we offer two distinct spaces for our members to use, Gathering and Sanctuary.
The Gathering Space is our large open studio, while Sanctuary is a peaceful, quiet space perfect for individual work. You can choose to use one space or both, depending on your needs.

Individual Hours and Packs
Individual Hours are perfect option if you only need to use our space for an hour or two.
Hourly Packages and Packs
An Hourly Package is your best bet if you need a few hours a month. Packs are great if you need have more seasonal needs.
Monthly Unlimited Package
Monthly Unlimited Package is perfect for those who need to use our space several hours a week.

Once you've identified your level of need, you will need to check our calendar to see when the space is available for you to use.

Purchase Your Package:
Purchase a package of hours before booking a reservation on our calendar. You can do this here on our website and select the package that suits your needs.
Download Our Booking App.
If you choose to purchase a membership, you will receive a welcome email. As part of this welcome, you will be asked to download the Frequency Wellness Space App.
We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our policies before making a purchase. Please take a moment to read through them before completing your purchase. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Receive Official Access.
if you purchased a membership you are all set! Access to our space is included in the Frequency Wellness Space app.
If you purchased individual hours, there will be times when no one is at our front desk, so we will send you a keyless entry pass from Kisi to ensure you have effortless access to our space.
Purchase Individual Hours
To make a one-time reservation, simply use the link on our website to choose the date and time you need and proceed to check out to secure your time.
Promote Your Session With Us.
Frequency doesn’t handle the payment or signup for your clients, and we don’t take a cut of what you earn. Payment and signup go directly to you so you can get paid faster, and there is no middleman.
We are happy to promote your event and services on our website and app and can include all signup and payment links that you provide. Ask us for more details on how we can support you!
