Spring Equinox Workshop: Bloom & Renew W/Fearless Empowerment

"Come join us to share in connection & women’s empowerment as we celebrate the spring equinox.  During this workshop Krysta will start with a grounding guided mindfulness visualization to help bring in the renewing energy of spring. Then we will learn how to set intentions and affirmations for this season of new beginnings. For the activity portion we will be creating our own floral essence spray with flowers and crystals that you can take home.
