Yoga, Transformative Writing and Breathwork

Partnered with Erin Joy, we are bringing you this extraordinarily powerful experience. During the session, you'll release resentments, process long stuck emotions, or perhaps you'll write the apology you were never able to give in person. We'll begin the session with a specially curated yoga sequence, lead by Erin. Followed by yoga will be a transformative letter writing exercise. With instruction from Meggan, you'll write letters to express your emotions and gain deep insights into your trauma directed at a specific person/situation. Finally, Meggan will guide you through an emotionally moving Breathwork session. This workshop is designed to leave you feeling clear, light and majorly transformed.
