Here are few things you’ll gain, in just one class:

1️⃣ Self massage, and fascia release; tensions and knots in the tissue.

2️⃣ Deep, supported stretches throughout the full, anterior muscle chain of the body.

3️⃣ Improvement and support for better breathing 😮‍💨 

4️⃣ An access and a safe way for more variety in yoga, such as Urdhva Dhanurasana ( the full wheel pose)

5️⃣ A new understanding and connection with your body, it’s needs and abilities.
