Bone Breathing w/Kristin Humphrey

Come learn about the Taoist practice of bone breathing. We will start off with an education on what this breathing technique is and its benefits. I will then lead the group through the practice to learn how to perform this on your own while we feel the effects of it as a community at Frequency Wellness Space. This is an excellent way to start off your Saturday as this is a revitalizing and energizing technique. Every participant gets a free gift to take home with them also!
