Strengthen + Lengthen: Pilates + Mobility w/Julia Tiberio and Bryan Guzski

Join Julia Tiberio, Pilates Instructor at The Reformery and Bryan Guzski, Owner at Motive PT for a personalized Pilates meets Mobility experience. Our Pilates + Mobility session will start with a 15 minute mobility session followed by a 30 minute pilates class and will end with an additional 15 minutes of mobility. We will work on full-body strength along with range of motion and recovery. We can't wait to see you there!
