A strong pelvic floor forms the foundation of your core, enhancing stability and balance in everything from yoga poses to daily tasks like lifting groceries or chasing after kids. When your pelvic floor is healthy, it contributes to your overall sense of well-being, allowing you to embrace each day with confidence.

Join Lindsey Mease and Amy Aronson, DPT for a relaxing gentle yoga session and a pelvic floor workshop.

We will begin with a presentation by Dr. Amy Aronson, pelvic floor Physical Therapist, on how to optimize your pelvic health. Followed by a guided breathwork practice for your pelvic floor.

After, Lindsey will lead you through a relaxing gentle yoga session where you can practice your new breathwork skills, stretch your body, and refresh your mind.
