"Summer Vibrational Restoration
In the heat of the summer, come enjoy a healing relaxing experience better than a cool dip in the pool.  Integrating the benefits of restorative yoga with the healing vibrations of a sound bath, Lisa offers a practice that helps release tension and promotes relaxation. During the sessions, Lisa will use handheld instruments to sweep over each student's body, facilitating a release and awakening the bodies natural healing abilities. The combination of restorative yoga and sound therapy is especially beneficial in our fast-paced world, providing much-needed nourishment and healing to our overstimulated nervous systems. Class will include Reiki and essential oils application as well.  

In this session we will focus on our 8th chakra also known as the Star Chakra, floating a few inches above the crown of your head. Called Viyapini in Sanskrit, translating to “that which is present everywhere.”  Energetically, Viyapini is about connecting to your higher self, discovering your personal power, and heightening your compassion. As it sits above your crown chakra, the Star Chakra is unique in that it is the first of the chakras that is not solely attached to the physical body. In this sense it is a more spiritual chakra.
